What are Online Databases
Online Databases are portals (websites) that give currently information on a variety of subject fields, across various disciplines. These databases are made up of academic journals, in which academicians publish their findings and additions to knowledge from research conducted.
The advantage of Online Databases is that, unlike books, they are updated very regularly, some on daily basis, so that the information in them is usually very current.
There are three categories of Online Databases available to us. These are Paid Up, Library Registered and Free databases.
Select any of the categories below to visit that group of databases.
